The Senior Evaluation Analyst will work closely with the Director of Evaluation, the Foundation’s evaluation team, other relevant Foundation staff, and Foundation grantees and partners to design and implement systems and processes for providing data and analyses that drive learning, inform Foundation decision-making, advance equity, and improve the Foundation’s impact. The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to racial justice, demonstrate a willingness to experiment, and have the ability to build strong and authentic relationships. This person will work with the team to ensure that Kauffman associates and collaborators understand the needs of the communities they serve, use numbers and narrative to measure impact, and leverage data to maximize strategic learning so that all people are economically secure and a have good quality of life.
