Position Description

The Foundation is seeking a professional to support a number of cross-functional strategies that align with the Family Well-Being Strategy’s Group priorities focused on engaging child welfare systems, families and communities to prevent unnecessary foster care involvement, supporting kinship caregivers, ending the need for group placement, advancing permanency and promoting connection to school, work and other opportunities. This role will partner with young people, families, and communities on solutions that will lead to more equitable results.
