Opportunity Description

BUILD-BCY seeks a third-party evaluation consultant to conduct an independent evaluation of indirect services delivered through the BUILD-BCY program across British Columbia and Yukon. The program provides capacity-building and system-strengthening supports to organizations, including training, coaching, mentorship, technical assistance, and organizational development resources aimed at improving internal effectiveness, service quality, and long-term sustainability. The selected evaluator will develop a comprehensive evaluation framework, assess the effectiveness and impact of indirect services, and implement mixed-methods data collection approaches including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and administrative and financial reviews. The work will generate actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement, accountability, and future program refinement.
