Opportunity Description

Hispanic Federation seeks an evaluation partner to conduct a four-year evaluation of CREAR Futuros, a multi-campus, equity-centered peer mentorship initiative supporting first-generation, low-income, and Latino college students across higher education institutions nationwide. The program recruits and compensates student mentors to provide academic navigation support, connect students to campus and community resources, and strengthen leadership development and institutional engagement.

The selected evaluator will build on prior evaluation efforts to strengthen longitudinal evidence, advance methodological rigor, and assess both academic and non-academic outcomes across participating campuses. The work will include longitudinal tracking of persistence and completion outcomes, implementation monitoring, analysis of belonging and leadership development, multi-level and fidelity analyses, and the development of data infrastructure recommendations to support long-term learning, sustainability, and program growth.
