LEEAD Practicum Site Applications Are Open!
Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity (LEEAD) is an evaluation training program from Expanding the Bench® (ETB) designed to develop a pathway for diverse leaders in culturally responsive and equitable evaluation who will advance the field of evaluation. We are actively recruiting for Cohort 4 LEEAD Practicum Sites to engage the culturally responsive and equitable evaluation (CREE) expertise of diverse LEEAD Scholars through evaluation projects!
The ETB Team is seeking participants for Evolving Evaluation: Journeys with Culturally Responsive and Equitable Evaluation (CREE), a 2-year research effort that will engage evaluators in critical reflections of their own journeys, stories, and experiences with evaluation. The research project, conceptualized within the ETB Advisory Team, will include one-on-one recorded conversations with a colleague to highlight experiences and examples of CREE practice. Consider telling your story!
