The American Evaluation Association (AEA) invites evaluation practitioners, researchers, and community members to its annual conference, Evaluation 2025. This year’s theme, “Engaging Community, Sharing Leadership,” emphasizes fostering inclusive dialogue, co-creating knowledge, and driving meaningful transformation within the field of evaluation. Participants will explore three key pillars: transforming evaluation by addressing power imbalances and systemic inequities to promote social justice; engaging communities by building long-term, collaborative relationships that align evaluation with community visions; and sharing leadership by facilitating inclusive conversations and collaborative decision-making to share power and responsibilities.
