Position Description

HERA is seeking its first Director of Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation to lead the development and implementation of the organization’s approach to understanding, measuring, and communicating impact across its global programs. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this role will refine and operationalize HERA’s Theory of Change and organizational LME framework, establish indicators and a phased evaluation roadmap, and design mixed methods data collection and quality assurance processes. The Director will lead data analysis and interpretation, synthesize findings across programs and geographies, facilitate organizational learning and feedback processes, and translate evidence into actionable insights for program improvement, funder reporting, and strategic decision-making.
