Position Description

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking an Associate Director of Applied Research and Program Evaluation to advance the impact and integrity of Project ECHO and other applied research initiatives. Project ECHO is a virtual, interactive learning experience that connects healthcare professionals with dementia experts through concise, evidence-based lectures and collaborative case discussions, empowering local providers to deliver high-quality care in their communities. The Associate Director will design and implement tailored evaluation plans, create and manage data collection systems, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making. This role will produce visual and narrative reports, support applied research and quality improvement studies, provide technical assistance to organizations scaling ECHO programs, and disseminate findings through publications, presentations, and global collaborations.
