Position Description

The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix is seeking a Coordinator, Office of Assessment & Evaluation to support curriculum assessment, student progression, and institutional outcomes reporting within the Office of Assessment & Evaluation. This role coordinates and monitors assessment and evaluation processes, supports faculty and students with assessment technologies and curriculum systems, and contributes to data collection, reporting, and accreditation-related activities. The Coordinator will manage multiple deadlines, troubleshoot technical issues, support onboarding and training, and collaborate across departments including clinical and foundational curriculum teams. The position also includes maintaining assessment data, preparing reports and communications, supporting meetings and departmental operations, and serving as a technical resource for faculty, staff, and students.
