Position Description
Apex Evaluation is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support users of its software products, including the Apex Data Hub, through relationship-centered and culturally responsive service. This position requires a friendly, outgoing individual who represents Apex well and builds lasting relationships with product users. The Customer Support Specialist leads the onboarding process for new organizations, ensuring smooth software configuration, timely account management, and clear, supportive communication tailored to each organization’s needs. This role plays a key part in advancing Apex’s commitment to responsive, equity-focused service and client success.
