Position Description

Resource Innovations is seeking a Data Analyst Lead to support data analysis, reporting, and performance improvement for energy efficiency programs. This role develops and maintains reports and dashboards, analyzes program data to identify trends and opportunities, conducts quality control to ensure data accuracy, and performs database queries and other analyses to support program operations. The Data Analyst Lead will use data to evaluate market potential and program performance, translate findings into recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve reporting systems and business processes. The position also supports program evaluation and continuous process improvement through data-driven insights and performance monitoring.
