Position Description

The Alaska Primary Care Association (APCA) is seeking a Data and Evaluation Analyst to support its data and evaluation functions under the direction of the Lead Evaluator. The analyst will conduct meaningful qualitative and quantitative analyses, support evaluation design and implementation, and translate findings into practical insights that inform APCA programs and Alaska’s Community Health Centers. This role contributes to the development and management of evaluation tools, strengthens APCA’s data systems, and supports continuous improvement across initiatives such as the Rural Health Transformation Program and Medicare Shared Savings Program reporting.
