Position Description
The Office of Children and Family Support Services, a division of Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services, is seeking a Data and Evaluation Manager to lead rigorous mixed-methods program and agency evaluations that strengthen service quality across Out of School Time programs, Youth Workforce initiatives, and the Education Support Center. The manager will design evaluation tools that measure program compliance and quality, oversee administrative, compliance, and performance reporting, and develop stakeholder surveys and qualitative data collection tools such as case file reviews, observation protocols, interviews, and focus groups. This role will also generate data visuals, monitor provider progress, support corrective action and improvement plans, and present findings and recommendations to OCF leadership and system partners.
