Position Description

United Way of Greater Houston is seeking a data and evaluation professional to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the ICJ Tech Tool and related data initiatives within the Mission and Strategy Department. The role manages system operations and user support for the ICJ technology platform, including troubleshooting, training, and coordination with technical vendors to maintain and enhance functionality. The position also designs and implements mixed-methods data collection efforts such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups; analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights; and develops dashboards and reports to track metrics and inform learning goals. Working collaboratively across teams and with community partners, the role contributes to data governance, supports the United Way Referral Receiver Network, and helps translate data into actionable insights that strengthen community initiatives and strategic decision-making.
