Position Description
Campus Compact is seeking a Director, Impact and Evaluation to lead the organization’s efforts to measure, understand, and communicate the impact of its programs and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategy, this role combines hands-on program evaluation with organization-wide strategic learning, leading the design and implementation of evaluation frameworks, performance and impact assessments, and KPI tracking systems. The Director will conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop dashboards and reporting tools, translate findings into actionable insights for staff, leadership, funders, and board members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-informed decision-making. The role also includes building staff evaluation capacity, supporting strategic planning and funder reporting, supervising staff, and serving as a key thought partner in advancing Campus Compact’s mission to strengthen civic and community engagement in higher education.
