Position Description

The Public Health Institute is seeking an Evaluation Coordinator to manage the daily operations of the data program for Philadelphia’s Ending the HIV Epidemic, Ryan White, and prevention services. Based within the Information Services Unit (ISU) of the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s Division of HIV Health, this role supervises the ISU’s Evaluation Team and reports to the ISU Manager. The Evaluation Coordinator will oversee the collection, analysis, feedback, and reporting of diverse program and grant data, including financial and performance reports, provider data exports, HIV testing data, community mobilization and condom distribution reports, as well as required submissions to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and the State of Pennsylvania.
