Position Description

The Children’s Trust of South Carolina is seeking an Evaluation Coordinator to lead and coordinate evaluation activities across the organization’s child and family prevention initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Data and Evaluation, this role oversees the design and implementation of formative and summative evaluations, develops evaluation plans and data collection instruments, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, and creates reports, presentations, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. The Evaluation Coordinator will build evaluation capacity by providing training and technical assistance, support grant reporting and organizational surveys, contribute to the development of a web-based evaluation system, and collaborate with staff and community partners to strengthen evidence-based decision-making, continuous quality improvement, and program effectiveness.
