Position Description

The Huntington is seeking an Evaluation Manager to assess programmatic impact and visitor experience across its galleries, gardens, exhibitions, and learning spaces over a two-year term. Working within the division of Education and Public Engagement, the manager will lead evaluation and visitor studies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and report findings to institutional leadership to strengthen evaluative thinking and advance organizational learning. In collaboration with teams across Digital, Communications and Marketing, Visitor Services, Exhibitions, Curatorial, and Education, the manager will coordinate data collection and analysis, contribute to articulating measurable visitor outcomes, support participation in the Collaboration for Ongoing Visitor Experience Research (COVES), and develop creative approaches to program evaluation for key audiences.
