Position Description

Family League of Baltimore is seeking an Evaluation Manager to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and use across its school- and community-based youth development program partners. One of four Evaluation Managers on the Data and Evaluation team, this role works closely with program staff to clean, analyze, and present data that demonstrates impact on children and families. The Evaluation Manager also provides technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders, helping them use data to guide decision-making and improve service delivery across Family League–funded programs.
