Position Description

The Native American Health Center is seeking an Evaluator I to assess the effectiveness and impact of grant-funded Community Wellness programs that promote the health and wellbeing of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and surrounding community residents. This role works closely with the Data & Evaluation team and program staff to design and implement monitoring and evaluation plans, lead quantitative and qualitative data collection, conduct analyses, and translate findings in community-based settings. Responsibilities include developing evaluation frameworks and data systems, creating and administering instruments, preparing reports and visual deliverables, presenting results to diverse audiences, and supporting knowledge translation through publications and community dissemination. The Evaluator I will also partner with community members and advisory boards, facilitate meaningful participation in evaluation processes, and provide training and feedback to strengthen program design and delivery.
