Position Description

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center is seeking an Evaluator for Substance Use Services and Supports to lead all evaluation efforts related to integrated behavioral health care and substance use services. This role is responsible for designing and managing program evaluation activities, collecting and reporting data for grant compliance (particularly SAMHSA grants), and supporting quality improvement efforts across clinical teams. The Evaluator will also develop and implement data policies, collaborate with HIT and EHR specialists, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ patients and those living with addictions.
