Position Description

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center is seeking an Evaluator for Substance Use Services and Supports to lead program evaluation and data efforts across integrated behavioral health and substance use services. The Evaluator will manage ongoing program evaluation, collect and analyze grant-related data, and develop policies and procedures for effective data management. This role supports quality improvement, collaborates with clinical and administrative teams, and ensures compliance with grant requirements through regular reporting, training, and interdepartmental coordination.
