Position Description

The University of Southern Indiana is seeking a Data and Evaluation Manager for its Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program. This position is responsible for evaluating the program, ensuring federal evaluation and reporting requirements are met, and leading internal evaluation efforts. The manager will collaborate with USI departments and external partners to develop and implement data collection tools, audit data quality, and manage federal and quarterly progress reports. Additional responsibilities include overseeing IRB and research institute application processes, working closely with the Institutional Analytics Office to secure data, responding to governmental information requests, and participating in technical assistance and national evaluation meetings to support program success.
