Position Description

UNICEF is seeking a Senior Evaluation Consultant to support the Humanitarian Evaluation Effectiveness Portfolio (HEEP) within the Evaluation Office. The consultant will lead the second and third phases of the Level 3 Standard Operating Procedures and Lebanon evaluations, as well as contribute to the Staying and Delivering evaluation. This role involves coordinating fieldwork, consolidating team inputs, conducting qualitative data collection and analysis, drafting sections of evaluation reports, and supporting learning and dissemination events to promote uptake of key findings.
