Position Description
Hedgebrook is seeking a strategic and systems-oriented Impact and Evaluation Officer (IEO) to design and implement systems for gathering, analyzing, researching, and reporting data about its diverse community of women-identified writers. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and serving on the development team, this full-time role will collect robust demographic data, build and manage a comprehensive alumnae and participant database, and create diversity metrics to monitor and enhance inclusion across all programming. The IEO will also research and interview alumnae to capture narratives and success stories, author reports and visualizations for fundraising and communications, and collaborate with leadership and staff to support organizational growth and maximize the social and economic impact of Hedgebrook’s programs.
