Position Description

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking an Impact Evaluation Manager to lead program evaluation strategy and execution within the Mission Data & Insights team. This role manages a team of evaluators and analysts to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making across the organization. The Impact Evaluation Manager will oversee the design and implementation of mixed-method evaluation frameworks, develop key performance indicators and logic models, and translate complex data into clear, evidence-based insights that advance WWP’s mission to serve veterans and their families. Additional responsibilities include leading stakeholder engagement, managing reporting systems and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture.
