Position Description

The Wounded Warrior Project is seeking an Impact Evaluation Specialist II to support program monitoring, evaluation, and outcome reporting across its programs and services. This role designs and administers surveys, develops evaluation instruments and data collection requirements, and collaborates with program teams to align evaluation activities with organizational goals and key performance indicators. The Impact Evaluation Specialist II will analyze operational and outcome data using quantitative and mixed methods approaches, develop dashboards and evaluation reports, monitor program performance, and translate findings into actionable insights that improve program effectiveness and efficiency. The position also contributes to data governance and quality standards, supports evaluation capacity building and training, and serves as a technical resource for executive leaders, strategic project teams, and external partners.
