Position Description

Intention 2 Impact (I2I) is seeking an Impact Measurement Consultant II to join its team. In this role, the consultant will serve as a key member of I2I’s “braintrust,” partnering with foundations, impact investors, and nonprofits to co-create and implement equity-centered systems for monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning. Reporting to the CEO and COO, the consultant will contribute across the full project lifecycle, including intention setting with clients, designing mixed-methods data collection tools, managing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative datasets, developing dashboards and visualizations, facilitating sensemaking sessions, and translating complex findings into compelling narratives that inform strategy and strengthen impact.
