Position Description

The CareQuest Institute for Oral Health is seeking a Manager, Learning and Evaluation, Philanthropy to lead evaluation and learning efforts across its grant portfolios, initiatives, and priority investments, including the OPEN network. Embedded within the Philanthropy team, this role designs and implements equity-centered evaluation frameworks that track progress toward oral health systems change, generate actionable learning, and support strategic decision-making. The manager will develop logic models, theories of change, and learning agendas; oversee qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis; and translate findings into clear insights for internal teams, grantees, and partners. The role also facilitates learning and sensemaking processes, builds evaluation capacity across stakeholders, and collaborates closely with the Analytics and Data Insights team to ensure data informs strategy, reporting, and impact communication.
