Position Description

The March of Dimes is seeking a Manager of Evaluation to act as the primary evaluator for March of Dimes programs, interventions, activities, and initiatives. This role is essential in planning and implementing evaluation strategies that measure and enhance program impact, contribute to ongoing learning, and promote data equity. The Manager executes and delivers mixed-methods evaluation projects, collaborates with internal teams to translate findings into practice, provides technical assistance to staff, and supports the dissemination of results through reports, presentations, and publications.
