The Institute has a diverse portfolio of projects that focus on identifying what it takes for people to live successfully in the community after justice involvement and on increasing the effectiveness of the professionals and systems working with them.

Position Description

The John Jay College Institute for Justice and Opportunity, through the Research Foundation of CUNY, is seeking a Manager of Impact and Evaluation to design and manage Salesforce systems that measure program effectiveness and organizational impact. This role oversees the development and administration of Salesforce databases, ensures high-quality data collection and integration, and provides training to staff across the organization. The Manager will lead evaluation efforts by designing and implementing evaluation plans, defining metrics and KPIs, conducting analyses, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership, program teams, funders, and external audiences. In addition, the role collaborates with program teams to interpret findings, strengthen data literacy, and integrate evaluation insights into planning and continuous improvement.
