Position Description

The UN Women is seeking National Evaluation Consultants to support evaluation activities across its Fiji Multi-Country Office in the Pacific region. This home-based consultancy will contribute technical and analytical expertise throughout the evaluation cycle, including supporting evaluation design, conducting document and portfolio analyses, and developing data collection tools such as interviews and focus group protocols. The consultant will assist with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, support inclusive and human rights-based evaluation processes, and contribute to the development of high-quality evaluation deliverables including reports, presentations, and case studies. Working under the oversight of the Regional Evaluation Specialist, the role supports UN Women’s efforts to generate credible evidence, strengthen accountability, and inform learning to improve programming on gender equality and women’s empowerment.
