Position Description

CAMBA is seeking a Program Evaluation Associate to support data, assessment, research, and evaluation activities across its programs. Reporting to the Director of Program Evaluation, this role designs data collection instruments, gathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, and produces reports, dashboards, and visualizations to share findings with staff, leadership, and funders. The Program Evaluation Associate also leads data interpretation sessions, ensures data quality, trains program staff on data use, and recommends actions to promote continuous program improvement.
