Position Description

OCHIN is seeking a Program Evaluation Data Analyst to conduct data driven, evidence based rapid cycle evaluations and analyses across organizational programs and initiatives. Working with organizational leaders and subject matter experts, this role designs and implements evaluation plans, conducts literature reviews, and collects, validates, analyzes, and interprets quantitative and qualitative data to assess program impact and support continuous improvement. The Program Evaluation/Data Analyst will develop evaluation frameworks, apply equity, justice, and data decolonization approaches to evaluation and analytics projects, create data collection and reporting systems, and translate findings into reports, dashboards, visualizations, and other deliverables for executive stakeholders. The position also manages multiple evaluation projects and uses evidence to inform strategic priorities, strengthen programs and services, and improve organizational outcomes.
