Position Description

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s (DOHMH) Bureau of Early Intervention (BEI) is seeking a full-time Program Evaluator for the Enhancing the Quality of Child Care Programs through Developmental Screenings (EQCCDS) project. The Program Evaluator will join a highly collaborative and productive data team and report directly to the Bureau of Early Intervention’s Director of Research and Analysis. The Program Evaluator has sole responsibility for carrying out evaluation activities for the EQCCDS project including compilation, management, analysis and reporting of both quantitative and qualitative data and documenting project progress using the PRISM/RE-AIM evaluation framework.
