Position Description

The Partnerships For Health is seeking a Program Evaluator to support the planning, implementation, analysis, and use of evaluation activities across a range of public health initiatives. Working collaboratively with clients, partners, and internal staff, this role contributes to the design and implementation of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods evaluations; develops evaluation plans, logic models, and data collection tools; and conducts data collection, management, and analysis. The Program Evaluator will translate findings into reports, presentations, and data visualizations, support federal reporting requirements and IRB processes, coordinate evaluation activities with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous learning and quality improvement efforts that strengthen public health programs and inform evidence-based decision-making.
