PHC Group seeks a Program Evaluator to design and deliver high-quality program evaluations to Federal health sector clients. The role involves assisting with project planning, conducting literature reviews, managing and analyzing data, and supporting the development of written reports and deliverables. The Program Evaluator I will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality, timely evaluation work. Ideal candidates will have experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods, strong writing skills, and a background in public health, social sciences, or a related field.
