Position Description

The National Network of Public Health Institutes is seeking a Program Manager of Evaluation to support its Research and Evaluation team in advancing public health infrastructure improvement efforts. This role leads and manages evaluation and research-related projects, providing high-level support to NNPHI leadership, public health institutes, funders, and partner organizations. The Program Manager will oversee project planning and implementation, including timelines, budgets, and scopes of work, while facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholders and coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and partners. The role includes leading research and evaluation activities such as literature reviews, environmental scans, and synthesis of data from surveys and secondary sources; translating findings into actionable insights for public health practitioners and policymakers; and presenting results to stakeholder audiences, including at national conferences.
