Position Description

The University at Albany is seeking a Project Evaluation Specialist to lead evaluation activities for Project ACCESS (Achieving College Completion Through Engaged Support Services) within the Center for Behavioral Health Promotion and Applied Research. The Specialist will design and implement evaluation frameworks for evidence-based prevention, intervention, and education initiatives, including Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT). Responsibilities include overseeing data collection and reporting for SAMHSA-funded projects, managing quality assurance processes, producing research reports and presentations, and mentoring staff and students in translational research. This position plays a key role in advancing behavioral health outcomes on campus through rigorous evaluation and applied research practices.
