Position Description
The Weitzman Institute is seeking a Research and Evaluation Associate I to support research and evaluation activities focused on early relational health, child development, and child mental health and wellbeing within Federally Qualified Health Centers and safety-net systems. Working under the guidance of senior research staff, this role contributes to data collection, instrument development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the preparation of reports, manuscripts, and presentations. The Associate will support applied research and program evaluation projects by designing surveys and interview guides, conducting intermediate statistical and qualitative analyses, supporting IRB and research ethics processes, and translating findings into accessible products for clinical, operational, and policy audiences. The role also includes contributing to grant proposal development, managing project timelines, and supporting collaborative learning across the research team.
