Position Description

The National Council on Aging is seeking a Lead, Research, and Evaluation to support the design, implementation, and management of applied research and evaluation initiatives that inform strategy, demonstrate impact, and strengthen program effectiveness. This role leads complex mixed-methods evaluation projects, including the development of logic models, theories of change, evaluation frameworks, and data collection strategies. The Lead will manage research and evaluation projects from planning through dissemination, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, oversee research operations and partner relationships, and ensure compliance with human subjects protections and IRB requirements.
