Position Description

The Data You Can Use is seeking a Research and Evaluation Program Manager to serve as the lead evaluator and support community-centered, data-informed evaluation efforts across its initiatives. This role designs and implements evaluation strategies, including logic models and outcome frameworks, while leading data collection and analysis through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other tools. The Program Manager translates findings into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations, and works closely with community partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure data is accessible and used for decision-making, service improvement, and accountability. The role also includes project management, capacity building, and technical assistance, supporting partners in developing evaluation skills and fostering a culture of data-driven learning and reflection.
