Position Description

Health Research, Inc. seeks a mid-career data analyst to support public health research and evaluation efforts. The Research Scientist II will conduct data analyses for a project funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), using state and federal datasets to inform and evaluate Value-Based Payment (VBP) initiatives. Responsibilities include executing draft measure specifications, analyzing data from ongoing projects, summarizing results for the New York State Department of Health and external teams, and disseminating findings through presentations, reports, and publications.
