Position Description
The Heron Foundation is seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Director of Research to build and lead the Community Research function—a cornerstone of Heron’s work to support healthy, resilient rural communities. As Heron transfers the majority of its financial capital to local community partners and establishes a national learning network, the Senior Director of Research will develop the data infrastructure, analytical frameworks, and knowledge resources for communities to set priorities and drive meaningful change.
