Position Description

Community Behavioral Health (CBH) is seeking a Senior Evaluation Analyst to support performance evaluation and quality management initiatives within the Data Analytics department. Reporting to the Supervisor of Data Analytics, this role produces routine and ad hoc analyses to support Performance Improvement Plans, Program Evaluation Performance efforts, National Committee for Quality Assurance initiatives, and other quality activities defined by OMHSAS. The Senior Evaluation Analyst will shape evaluation questions, apply rigorous analytic methodologies, analyze claims and quality performance data, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for CBH and DBHIDS leadership. The role also includes developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations, incorporating health equity and population health considerations into analyses, and serving as an analytic subject-matter expert across cross-departmental workgroups while providing guidance to peers and junior staff.
