Position Description

The California Department of Public Health is hiring a Research Scientist III to lead data and evaluation efforts for the California Home Visiting Program. This role is responsible for designing and directing complex scientific studies to assess the effectiveness of early childhood and home visiting programs across the state. The Research Scientist III provides scientific leadership in managing data systems, developing performance metrics, coordinating evaluations and fidelity studies, and collaborating with external partners to support statewide program monitoring and improvement.
