Position Description
The Constructive Dialogue Institute is seeking a Senior Impact Researcher to lead the organization’s evaluation and impact research agenda, overseeing the design and execution of impact and efficacy studies that assess the effectiveness of its constructive dialogue programs in higher education. The Senior Impact Researcher will conduct rigorous evaluations using approaches such as pre-post studies, quasi-experimental designs, and randomized controlled trials; develop and validate assessment measures; and build reproducible analytical workflows that support high-quality, evidence-based research. The position also plays a key role in translating findings for diverse audiences, including university partners, funders, practitioners, and the public, while collaborating across research, product, education, and growth teams to inform program improvement and contribute to the broader fields of dialogue education and bridge-building.
