Position Description

The Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Program Evaluation to lead the Center’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy across its portfolio of technical assistance, training, peer learning, research, and public innovation initiatives. The Senior Manager will oversee the full evaluation lifecycle, manage external evaluators and consultants, analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence, and develop dashboards, visualizations, and learning products for leadership, program teams, and funding partners. The position also translates evaluation findings into actionable recommendations that inform program design, resource allocation, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and organizational decision-making.
