Position Description

Cambiar Education is seeking a Vice President of Research, Evaluation, and Impact to lead the organization’s efforts to measure and strengthen its impact across K–12 and workforce education initiatives. This senior leader will architect Cambiar’s organization-wide impact framework to assess progress toward the vision of enabling life-changing outcomes for one million youth by 2030. The role will guide research and evaluation strategy, design mixed-methods evaluation plans, oversee data collection and analysis, and translate complex findings into actionable insights for internal teams, funders, and partners.
