LEEAD Practicum Site Application 2025

Complete this form to express interest in your organization’s participation as a Practicum Site for the LEEAD Program. The LEEAD Program Team will reach out to schedule a short interview once we have been able to review your application. Applications are accepted through January 30, 2026. Project descriptions will be collected separately by February 15, 2026.
